Corporate Catering

  • Place orders between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
  • Orders canceled less than 48 hours in advance will result in 100% charge, including events canceled due to weather.
  • Minimum Order:

– 10 guests for Attended Buffets (available Monday through Saturday)

– Sunday orders available with a $800 minimum

SERVICE OPTIONS

  1. DELIVERED BUFFETS are set up with hot food in foil trays, white disposable buffet tablecloth, and serving utensils. A 10% set up, delivery, and production fee will apply. Applicable Florida State sales tax are additional. 
  2. DELIVERED BUFFETS WITH DISPOSABLE CHAFING DISHES are set up with wire rack chafing dishes with sterno, white disposable buffet tablecloth, and serving utensils. A 10% set up delivery, and production fee will apply. Applicable Florida State sales tax are additional.
  3. ATTENDED BUFFETS are set up and cleanup with two hours of service, chafing dishes, black linen buffet tablecloth, and serving utensils. Our experienced and friendly team arrive attired in black bistro attire. A 20% set up, delivery, and production fee will apply. Applicable Florida State sales tax are additional.

* All buffets include service staff for set up, high quality disposable plates and flatware rolled in linen like napkins.

** Events with 75 guests or more are considered full-service and will require additional service personnel. Additional fees will apply.

DELIVERY DETAILS

  • Delivery fees are included for orders within a 15-mile radius of the Chef Montalvo Catering Commissary.
  • Consult your catering Special Event Planner for additional fees that apply for locations outside of 15 miles.
  • All deliveries will have a half-hour delivery window.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Food Safety: Discard any leftovers, which remain at room temperature for more than two hours on delivered events. 
  • Our service staff will package all safe leftovers at conclusion of the buffet service. Safely stored leftovers can be kept in a refrigerator for up to two days.
  • Many of our products contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish and shellfish. Before placing your order, please inform your planner if a person in your party has a food allergy. 
  • Pricing may not be applicable for all locations. Additional operating fees may apply at select venues.

Box Lunches

LunchesPrepared on Chef’s choice of assorted house made breads and rolls with lettuce and tomato. Presented in clear plastic hinged lid containers with disposable flatware. Lunch box combinations must be ordered in minimum groups of five.
